Improve measurement accuracy
During the initial sampling audit by our specialists, the analysis and sampling errors on mass and metal content are assessed, considering the nature of the material, the sampling and analysis methods and equipment. Following assessment, a report is prepared, detailing the measurement calculation methods, and providing an estimation of the mass flow and analysis errors for all relevant streams. If required, recommendations are provided to improve measurement accuracy.
Produce reconciled metal balances, based on a full Check-In Check-Out system
The core of INVENTEO is data reconciliation by material balancing, generating accurate balanced data from raw measurements. Based on material balance equations, the algorithm reconciles inputs, outputs and changes in stock levels over a period or batch treatment, taking into account the measurement and sampling errors associated with all material flows in the plant.

INVENTEO allows the storage and comparison of multiple types of reconciliation based on different datasets and requirements (e.g. provisional, actual, outturn, etc.)

INVENTEO enables reconciliation based on user defined time periods (shift, day, week, month, year, etc.) or process batches for either the entire process or sections.
Simplified data management
Data required for the material balance can be automatically imported from the different plant data sources (SCADA, Plant Historians, LIMS systems, Excel, etc), or input manually. The user friendly interface of the INVENTEO software is based on the specific plant flowsheet, showing the streams, unit processes and inventories (stocks, WIP). The final balance reports can be automatically generated in Excel spreadsheets, enabling rapid availability of accounting results and facilitating the provision of information for other management information systems.

The INVENTEO solution increases the level of confidence in the measurements of flow and composition of all streams and operations of the process, thus enabling the detection of discrepancies and losses (theft, dispatch of material…) and providing a true representation of actual performance.
